10.3 and Norton SystemWorks 3

Any tips for how to use Norton effectively with Panther? I've heard horror stories about 10.2 and SystemWorks 2. What about the Antivirus function of SystemWorks 3? Thanks for all the help. I'm a new MAC user and these discussion forums have been great for me (even though I don't understand half of what you're all talking about!)

last i checked norton doesn't work with panther yet. i accidentally deleted some needed files and try usin norton and it didn't work......... if you're going to use it for anti-viruse stuff, i wouldn't use it. norton, generally speaking, is more problems than it's worth. plus viruses are pretty unheard of on the mac side...... 10 years using macs, not one virus!
