Downloaded 2.0 upgrade form the internet and installed it... it is out there.. and it does work

Trust me 🙂

Would apple catch people if they were downloading the software 2.0 thing illegally?
 
I am waiting for the devteam to release a jailbreak for both the iphone and ipdtouch. Shouldn't be that long...
 
I've got 2.0 on my Touch.

App Store works great and I can finally connect to my Uni's wireless with 802.1x.

The restore process was a little weird. First time I tried to restore it failed, then it had no firmware on it, so I restored it again and it is working like a charm.

i did. no shame there. i was to eager to wait for itunes to get back up, and it works perfectly
