View Full Version : Not authorized on this computer?!?!?!?!?!

Everytime I download a app from itunes and try to put it on the iphone 3G it says its not authorized so therefore can't do it.

So I have to download on the iphone.

Any way to help me out guys.

Assuming you already have a valid apple id (which I recall one has to have for an iPhone), follow these directions:

Open itunes.
Go to "Store" along the top tabs.
Select "Authorize computer..."
Give it your Apple ID.

In theory, things should work then.

It should in theory, but I'm having the very same problem right now with the very same phone and in the very same situation. I have no idea what to do, and iTunes help is no help at all.
