How does mobile me sync contact and calendar apts from outlook running on my work pc. Is there a mobile me client for windows that I have not found yet?

install iTunes 7.7 on your Windows based PC.

Go to Start>Control Panel>Networking

There should be the MobileMe icon there.

Input your user name and password and then it should be a no brainer from there.

No, it has its own control panel in windows. Start > Control Panel > MobileMe Preferences

Nope. Not part of iTunes.
