us been playing with my WHITE iPhone 3G and noticed it you press the sleep and home button at the same time you get a screenshot, was this on 1.1.4?
 
I don't know but you can play a ridiculous practical joke. LOL

update: it works on my 1st gen iphone as well as the new iphone.

So its the firmware for sure.
