Jailbreak games could be downloaded and put on to 2.0 as normal apps?
How could I try as I have 2.0 ipod touch.

No because what would be the point? If they are jailbroken they would rewrite them with the SDK and release them for free.

It's very possible. You could download the 1.1.4 apps for free on a jailbroken one...
