Possible error? Likely 9.99 App going for free (Free Mandarin Phrase book)

So I was looking at the phrase books - and all of the ones from Lonely Planet are 9.99 except the Mandarin one, which is listed as free (I added the yellow highlight). Get it while its hot I guess - because I doubt this is intentional. :D

The thing is pretty neat - I can ask for a female doctor in Chinese now

Maybe its like a small free one to get people interested in buying the rest.

If it is a full one and its just a mistake then DOWNLOAD IT BEFORE THEY FIX IT! ;)

At first I thought it was a teaser - but I discounted that, since I'd assume they would use a lite/full version model. Might be wrong though.

I think it's advertising for the rest of their series and they chose the Mandarin Phrase Book because of the Olympics.
