Need help with porting? Anyone?

Hey...they said the longest it should take is 12 hours, still not working. I can call from phone and they have sent me random msgs regarding my boyfriends phone (we are on fam plan) buuut if a call or text comes in, still goes to my old phone.

anyone else having this problem? has anyone bothered contacting att for this?

i have turned my old phone on and off...nothing.

i just want my old phone to be done and my iphone to be up and fully working
