Unable to put apps from my compters itunes onto the phone

It basically says I dont have permission to do this. When I purchase the app FROM my phone, everything works perfectly. Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong?

Are you ticking the box in the applications tab in iTunes before you try to sync?

make sure your phone and computer are using the same apple account.

On your computer, click Store > Authorize Computer and log in.
