iPod touch How do I set up my email account to work with Mail?

I'm trying to set up my university account and it doesn't appear to be working. My account is a Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access (Microsoft Exchange Server 2003) type of account.

How do I go about setting it up? I tried putting in my account name, password, and server (I think this is right, how do I know?), but nothing shows up in mail.
