Can someone with 2.0 of the software answer the following questions for me?

1. It only syncs calendar and contacts over the air, correct? Can you sync tasks and notes when you dock it?

2. With the calendar if you create an entry in Outlook with a category assigned to it does the category sync to the iPhone? Does the category color coding sync to the iPhone as well? If you create a calendar entry on the iPhone do you have the option to set a category?

3. Can you categorize contacts?

Yeah. No tasks or notes.

Yes, you can sync categories. Dunno about colors. Yes, there's a category option if you add an event on the iPhone.

Yeah.

where is the category option when you add an event on the iPhone?

I'm not seeing that.

I'm also not seeing color coding show up on the iPhone to match what's in microsoft exchange..
