Anyone else in NYC with slow SMS on iPhone? (also delayed emails to mobileMe account)

Just wondering if anyone besides me is not receiving SMS' sent to them until hours later.

Emails sent to my mobile me account is delayed for hours also (desktop & iPhone)

errrr what is going on here :(
