OK, hopefully I'm posting this in the right place. My searches in the forum didn't come up with quite what I was looking for.
Yesterday in the process of getting the iPhone 3G, the first transaction I did didn't go through because of some problem on ATT's end. I went outside the store to call them and realized that my phone said "no service." My phone's service had gotten turned off.
Anyhow, I had to go and get a new SIM card from ATT, and when I put it in, the phone needed to be connected to iTunes. I never completed the reactivation process with the phone because I didn't want to screw anything up before I got my 3G. So now, the phone is only usable for emergencies.
Is there a way to get the phone back to where it was before (minus the phone service)? I know that the phone still has my info on it; it vibrates whenever I get an e-mail. This will be especially important since I'm going to sell the phone.
If anyone knows, that would be awesome! :)
