So, keeping the scope of this thread narrow, to mobileme email only. I have my email coming to my hosted accounts, through google aps. Like others, I have forwarded my email to mobileme.

However, I would like to keep my current email address, and don't want the people I'm replying to, to email me back at the .me address. I'd prefer to use my domain name.

So short story long, how do I put a "reply to" address in mobileme?

Great question, bad answer... you can't! This is one of 2 reasons I dont have an iPhone (that and Blackberry Messenger)

You are allowed to use different smtp servers on the iphone. Add another smtp server using the gmail app server info. Then set mobileme to use that smtp server instead of the default one.

Enable From display in mail setting and choose the From address from the drop down box.

If you use a mac you can also do the same in mail.app. By doing this you will actually send the email from your Google Apps domain but will still receive email at your me.com address. This is what I do and it works perfectly on the iphone and mac.

You can do as stated above if you use the iPhone or an email client, but not from the MobileMe web app. It isn't clear from your request how/where youa re replying to the MobileMe mail.

Yup and I agree with that. It's very easy to use. Just follow every steps.
