If you find that authentic Apple wallpaper is unavailable, why don't you just make some stencils and paint it yourself? $50 for paint, brushes and materials vs hundreds for wallpaper you will probably want to change in a few years. Google for specific directions. but in a nutshell...
Go to a craft store and get blank plastic stencil templates.
Take the picture you want, enlarge it, and print it out. Make overlays for other colors on your design.
Paint/pounce with a stencil brush. Add highlights as needed.
If you screw it up or it looks bad, just paint over it.
Sorry, I cant remember who/where (I am sure someone else will though) but someone did stencil an apple logo on the wall in their room, and than posted a brief guide as to how they did it. I tihnk it was for their computer room- hopefully someone else with more advanced search abilities can lead you on the right path.
Well, I've decided to paint my own. It'll be a fun weekend project, ha. Maybe I could steal a Genius Bar logo from an Apple Store and put that up too! 😛
Apple's warranty won't cover air bubbles in the paper and I suggest you take out Apple Care as they won't cover peeling or kids drawing on them outside of the year warranty 🙂
