hi im wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me , i got my iphone on fri , and set up a itunes account with my visa electron , then had to link it up to click and buy, all went thru ok, but when i sign in , it takes me to review the account whre i have to agree to terms n conditions ect, i cant actually sign in i just go round in circles , i rang apple care and they were cluless too, im destined to be a app free , how depressing
 
At least you can make and receive calls. 50 hours after getting my phone activated I still have no service.

Try creating another Apple ID and/or using a different card.
Else call Apple again and maybe you will get through to someone who knows - it's always a gamble so you gotta call a few times to get through to someone that cares.
