How can i save battery on my iPhone 3G?

How can i save battery on my new iPhone 3G. I turned the 3G internet off and wifi. is there any other way to have battery for at least a day?
 
Disable Bluetooth, turn off keyboard click sounds, dim display, fetch email every hour instead of enabling automatic Push, and my all-time favorite, don't use the iPhone. 😉
