Has anyone tried the Griffin PowerDock 2 Charging Base (http://store.apple.com/us/product/TR330LL/A?fnode=home/shop_iphone/iphone_accessories/cables_docks&mco=NjUyMDA5) with the 3G? I understand I may need to get the 3G universal adapter pack (http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB546G/A?fnode=home/shop_iphone/iphone_accessories/cables_docks&mco=MTI3Mzc4Mg&p=1&s=topSellers).

It does not come with an adapter for the iPhone 3G in the box, maybe Griffin will add one. When I find out the definitive answer I will post it here.
