A few comments got me thinking,

Apple must be a ZOO over this right now, what do you think is going on @ the Infinite Loop???

I picture Steve Jobs in bed... 3am the phone rings...

Steve: "Hello...?"
Apple Employee: "Mr. Jobs, we have a problem."
Steve: "You gotta be kidding me, its 3am in the morning."
Apple Employee: "Sir... its MobileMe, its gone... well, its gone hay-wire sir!"
Steve: "Alright, I'm on my way..."

Then I picture the Apple headquarters kind of like the main room in the movie Armagedon, when they were trying to figure out what to do with the asteroid.

What DO YOU think Apple looks like RIGHT NOW!!

Probably a few board members talking about how this affects stock prices and some engineers and programmers quietly typing away.

I can't imagine what's going on there, but I would guess there have been a lot of folks there all weekend. I'd bet there are a lot of cars in the parking lot!

I wouldn't want to be the MM Project Manager right now.

They probably didn't expect 1) so many ppl interested; 2) so many ppl are smart enough; 3) so many ppl would dare to say no to apple.

Seriously tho. I doubt they have high expectations with such a service.

From what I've read about SJ, I imagine there are a lot of unhappy people in the MobileMe department over the last few days!

It is quite possibly true, this weekend has been a disaster, you know someone gonna get the boot for this one, and probably more than ONE someone
