Do you have a family pack sub account?
I can login to mobileme with my main account ,but the subaccounts cannot.
I've tried to ask Apple about this but...email support on their website does not work (confirmation mails for cases are not sent, support doesn't reply) and there is no phone support.
Only thing I can do is cancel.
