For my new bedroom, I need a sound system

Because i will mainly be using it for Music from my soon to be Mac Pro( aswell as tv , sky, and xbox) I have been told and want to get a stereo set up.

I have Around £200 ish to spend, and have decided to get Tannoy F1 Custom speakers at £79 brand new.

I now need an amp to drive them , i have been reccomended some brands but don't have a clue what to go for.

Nad
Rotel
etc are all names that have been suggested to me. Im willing to buy 2nd hand to get a better amp

Edit-

What about this , Tangent AMP100 Silver (Stereo Amplifier)

It has 3 inputs, with 40w x 2 power. £59.

Cheap and cheerful?

I like NAD a lot.. No frills, but sounds the part for sure and not too spendy with it.

The Nad C315BEE would be a good match to your speakers.

If you can afford to spend more, I'd look at the Rotel RA-04. It's an awesome amplifier, built as well as anything you'll find up to a grand, and performs better than you would expect for it's price (£250 at SuperFi). No-frills, and built better than Nad's offerings.

Oh yeh and...
Don't go for the Tangent ;) Little word of advice
