i suck at this game and can only get past world 1.7, but can someone give me some tips for playing?

I had a tough time with that level too, just go slow and keep trying thats what I did,

on a side note how do u save your game progress, I just finished level 1.9 and I think i saved but I can't access it.

Yep, if I remember right, this is the one where you have to jump into a bumper field right? Get some speed and jump onto the platform with the bumpers, then stop or slow down (so you don't nail the bumpers.) Back up the middle where there aren't bumpers, then tilt all the way forward and jump fast onto the next platform. Keep going forward through that longer chute and nail the goal.
