Well I was bored today so I decided to find a way to pull apart my no longer used Apple Pro Mouse; i cant leave things alone so I HAD to modify it. I installed a very high intensity Blue LED and a Blue Apple logo. What do you guys think? if there is demand, I took pictures when taking apart the mouse (without wrecking it) and would be happy to make tutorial on how to do this. :D

That looks awesome.

I'd love to see a tutorial. I am getting a pro mouse with my new iMac, which I'm not planning on using (the mouse not the computer ;)), and I'd love to mod it like that. :)

Cool. Might try it since my Apple mouse is useless anyways... I hate one-buttoned mice. But I have an older one, the black Pro Mouse that came with the Cube. That black won't go too well with the blue... sigh.

I'd like to see a tutorial as well. I have a white Pro Mouse I don't use, and may be up for a small project. ;)

Oh damn! i wish i had a camera! I just, tonight moded my black pro mouse that came with my PM G4 MDD. I use the puck with my 12 PB, and thought, it looks cool, like all apple stuff, but maybe I can make it look cooler! I took it apart, spray painted the inside and bottom, both have yet another layer of clear outside of them, so it still looks professional, but now, it matches my powerbook!

It would be cool to put a few blue LED's inside the Apple Keyboard
You should send that to Applefritter
