yes we all know that works, but for some of us, it just wont cut it

to answer your question, neither exists on the app store
but there is a cool remote desktop web app called remote buddy that im willing to bet has a native app up their sleeves

Personally, I like to use Telekinesis (http://code.google.com/p/telekinesis/). It lets you control almost anything on a Mac.
