Well, if you're in the market for a refurb MacBook, you choice just became a whole lot easier.

Is this good or bad? Are you upset or pleased?

okay i think it is quite ridiculous
1240$
2.1 ghz
1g ram
120 gb hard drive
combo drive
$1300
1.8 ghz
512 mb ram
60 gb hard drive
combo drive
for some reason i find it funny that a old low spec macbook could cost more than a new macbook lololol

buy a refurb MacBook from the US store http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wa/RSLID?sf=wHF2F2PHCCCX72KDY&nclm=CertifiedMac using priceusa.com.au. a white 2.1GHz (previous generation CPU) MacBook comes in at just over a grand.
ive looked into this and i can guarantee its a genuine site. im thinking of buying a MacBook the same way myself after selling my MacBook Pro and buying a gaming PC.
heres a screenie of the order form to save you time! for a fellow Aussie ;)

wow i was thinking if there is a way to buy macs from america, with the almost equal currency conversion, you can save tones of mo on macs.
thanks for the link, but im not in the market for a macbook at all, but i do have my eye out for a macbook pro as soon as their are quad processors in them. i just like looking at what the refurbs are going for.
ill hold onto this site for a while, wouldn't mind saving a bit here or there on apple products. thanx :)
