Not until the jailbreak for iPhone/iPod touch 2.0 is released... Then MAYBE you'll be able to SSH into an iPhone 2.0 and copy the apps to your computer, and then to the 1.0 iPhone. But then again, once 2.0 is jailbroken, who will want to use 1.0? :D
