What do you mean by no rumors?
Here (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=50029) was a rumor.

Rumors are just that... rumors. Just because there havent been any rumors doesnt mean there isn't something coming. BTW, in the G5's case, there have been rumors......

From the many benches i have seen it is very clear that the G5 is not the fastest personal computer you can buy. That still belongs to the P4 if you read macaddicts latest issue though they try to spin it and say they are about equal also they are comparing 2 g5's to one P4. Apple has to bring out a faster machine though it is selling well. expect a lot of progress this coming year to get back on par with the Intel world.

I believe the G5 was the fastest back in July, but yeah the G5 will defintley be updated again. IBM is churning out new processors like like a Columbian Druglord...

I also have seen plenty of rumors regarding the G5. January will be the 20th anniversary of the Mac and the 6th anniverasary of the G5. Definitely we will see the Rev. B of the G5. Still putting us on track for a 3.0 by mid year.
