Outlook Calendar Sync on Winddows Vista

In MobileMe Preferences (Control Panel) I have it set to do a Manual Sync. I was having problems so I did a "Reset Sync Data" under Advanced Settings. I did a Replace "On MobileMe with Sync Data on this Computer". Now on MobileMe Web Interface I see my Calendar Data. However, if I do a normal Manual Sync it says that Syncing with MobileMe will change more the 5% of your calendar on this computer. It shows ADD=0, DELETE=323, MODIFY=1. Now I am very confused. I do not want it to DELETE 323 entries in my Outlook Calendar.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
