How do I make this banner/border/label?

Hey, so I'm kinda a Photoshop noob and I also take photos. I want to make a banner/border/label/whatever this is on my photos as well.

but I can't find out how to do it, so could any of you fine people help me out? :)

if you are talking about the white line with the black text on it....

You just have to make a new layer, than draw a box ( using the rectangular marquee tool) and fill it with white.

Than on the layer palette, play around with the opacity.

Than add text.

Hope that helps a little.

It looks like they've used Courier as the font as well. :)
