I am having weird problems with the installer for Folding... I run it and it installs fine but I can't get any of the commands to work..ie typing 'work' just gives bad command or something similar...
I have 3 new macs to get this folding onto but dont know what is wrong...
They all run 10.3.2 hm... and I am admin on all of them...

i should put this in the FAQ
10.3.x uses bash by default. i use csh aliases for command shortcuts. apple decided to change this for whatever reason, after it has been the same for every X release up to this point
to change the default shell from bash -> tcsh, go to Netinfo and to the user in question. there is an entry to change the default shell from /bin/sh to /bin/tcsh
the .login file should already be installed, so it should work once you go back into terminal or log out.
tell me if this works

... I have to go into work to try it so I will tomorrow...
Also, it works on a few other machines that have 10.3.2 on them?!
Is this because they were upgraded rather than installed fresh? Very strange! For instance, my G5 is ok...hm...

The alias commands should go into .cshrc, .tcshrc, or .bashrc depending on the users default shell and taken out of .login.
Of course the specific alias commands would need to be adjusted for bash.
