The ringer switch is hard to press and there are several small cracks on top of the phone near the sim card tray.

10% restocking fee, but you should be able to exchange it.

you shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee if it is faulty

Yes, exchange it now. I would never put up with cracks.

Because you know what will happen 3 months from now if you don't get it replaced and those cracks spread? "Sorry, we won't replace your phone because you cracked the case."
