AT&T or APPLE's Fault

Do you thing that the 3G speed issues are because of the iphone hardware/Software or is it a problem the the AT&T network.

ATT, at least in my area. some areas get one bar and some others full reception. as far as the 3G speed, i'm not sure but I think its the sim cards

It depends, my iPhone 3G (white) had no service for 4 days since friday when i got it, and when i was in the store they all had service I had no service at all, or very weak, VERY.

In my situation it was Apple's fault, defective iPhone. If you're getting service in some areas, well then it's AT&T's fault.

Perhaps a little of both? I know that was a very decisive answer..... :D
