View Full Version : HELP! Gen 1 iPhone not connecting to EDGE

I have a gen1 iPhone and it was working just fine this morning, and now the EDGE icon is gone, and I can not get online. I called AT&T it's not an outage. I have another friend that can connect in the same area.

I reset the networking settings, and all settings rebooted etc.

Help!

this happened to me once, att must of dropped you off edge, call and make them put you back on the network

I called AT&T they removed and readded my data plan didn't help

She told me to call 1-800-my Iphone (800-694-7463) that's who I already talked to today.

I guess I have to wait until I get home, and try a restore

thats odd, when it happened to me they told me that the network dropped me for some reason and they readded me, after i turned my phone off and on again i was back on the network
