Is there an App that shows location of another...

Is there an App that will show real time the location of someone else with the same App?

For situations like - Someone is coming to pick you up or meet you somewhere and you can both turn the App on so you know when they arrive or get lost.

people have to publish their location, there's no way to track other people without them saying where they are... that'd just be scary.
 
If only Loopt would allow real time tracking while the app was open...

I realize the scary stalker side of this, but I was hoping their was an App that showed real time location of your friends that have the App open and agree to show you their location...

Instead of calling people you are expecting and asking where they are or having them call you when they arrive at your place to pick you up. etc etc many situations where this would be useful.
