Mobile Me Uploading (Fuzzyy) Photos from iPhone

Hi guys.
Im a pretty new Mac user and got my iPhone all set up with MobileMe.
So far I haven't had any significant troubles with either, but I'm still exploring.

I just created an album in my MobileMe account for photos from my iPhone.
I uploaded the photo, but when I go to MobileMe or access the Web Gallery the picture has _horrible_ quality!

Is this happening with you guys? The picture looks soooo good on the iPhone screen and would look great if I manually uploaded through iTunes, but OTA with MobileMe its just crap :(

At least you can upload. I can't even do that. When I try to upload it says, you have to create the album with iPhoto. Well, I'm not a Mac user and don't have iPhoto. I've created the album in .Me and clicked the box that says allow email update. But it doesn't help..

This worked fine for me.
