Is it possible to sync the Touch to a computer over WiFi? I dont see Bluetooth as a feature on the Touch.

Currently it is not, but it could be possible in a future software update. I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

So the only way to sync and transfer files is via a dock or cable? That sucks :(

Yes, but don't forget that syncing over wifi would be slower and a battery hog. There would be major downsides to it.

No, and although it's clearly possible (Zune) Apple would rather ignore or reverse engineer the technique than license it from Microsoft. This is also why the Zune does wifi sync but not internet. They are waiting for someone besides Apple to do internet on a media player. THEN they'll do it. Neither company wants to be accused of copying...again.
