Hey All,

My design firm just moved into a new loft downtown and I thought I'd share our all new Mac design studio with the forum. When I started this business 5 years ago out of a spare bedroom on a g4 quicksilver with a giant CRT, this was everything I dreamed about and hoped for. It goes to show you with a little hard work and dedication, anything is possible :)

At some point I want to start up a studio (recording studio), hopefully it can be this stylish... =]

EDIT: cheat, just noticed you haven't connected any of the monitors or MBPs :p You want to get some cable 'sock'. Go to a B&O dealer and ask if you can buy a reel of the grey cable sock or cable tidy that comes with their TVs. Works wonders, I'm telling you.

Yes, the one for my senior GD is a 23 acd with a mbp, and mine is a 30 acd attached to a mbp, however, I recently purchased a mp 8-core to go there which is at my other office.

The best offices are the ones without clutter. It's a stereotype that I believe he is stuck within that offices have to have crap everywhere. The productive offices are the offices like this one. It's absolutely beautiful. And thank you for the link to the chairs.

You have great taste, and just to let you know, if I was a customer and walked into that studio, I would feel very comfortable in sinking alot of cash into your product that I would want just based on the atmosphere. :)

Yes, just enough. I would say they are great for conference table. I've never sat in one for an extended amount of time, so I couldn't tell you for sure.

Awesome space. It's probably safe to say it epitomizes what we all envision as the perfect workspace for graphic design.

Not too many years ago I too had reached my own "workspace nirvana" ...one that closely resembled this one. It was a wonderful time in my life and career. And in addition to its' good looks, it did the job too. The response from clients, associates, and even competitors was dramatic! And all of that translated into increased revenues, almost overnight.

Ahhhh.... that was then. This is now... Congratulations on your new space (and kudos on your most excellent work). Keep it up!;)

It's a beautiful office, and if I needed work done by his company I would be awed when I walked in there, so I'm not sure where you think you're going with this. Maybe someday when you grow up you would be LUCKY to have such a nice place as his.

Nice little place. Looking on Google Maps, I thought at first it was one of those isolated towns away from the big city. The kind of township you'd find on your way between big cities but with almost 100,000 people, that's not really that small.

Anyway, Chico, congratulations. Basking in the greatness of something you've worked hard for is that much sweeter. You're inspirational. Keep up the good work.

The OP's firm is clearly farther down the road of success in design work than a young student is. While you're entitled to your inexperienced opinion, it doesn't mean much.
