Best app to stream music from your Desktop iTunes?

With the limited disk space of iPods and iPhones the ability to listen to music from your Desktop iTunes archive becomes a valuable thing to want to do.

What are some good apps out there to do this and which have good features like easy searching of the Desktop iTunes?

Simplify Media is the perfect solution for this and worked great on jailbroken phones. It looks like it is coming soon to the App Store:

Remote Buddy

This thing is suppose to stream music from iTunes and other remote stuff but only to control computers with OSX. It also only comes in web app form right now but supposedly still works.
