Growl
and
Double Command

google ftw!

i've never used double command so i have no clue about it, but growl probably got installed with another app like adium or something. its harmless and for some people very useful.

Growl is a notification system for Mac's,it allows applications that support growl to send you notifications, not sure on the other one

edit just beaten again

Anyone know how to delete them? I've checked in my App's folder but nothings there

They are stored in a folder called preference panes. I believe it is located in
username/library/preference panes...

however if you have them installed, it's likely a program put them there that uses them. So be mindful of such.

I have DoubleCommand, and it allows you to rearrange your cmd/opt/ctrl keys along with caps lock and enter/return. I got it because I wanted the little enter key (next to the arrow keys) to be a forward delete.
