I heard that some people have created apple accounts for the itunes store in the U.S while they lived in Canada, is it posssible?
Because I live in Canada and I know that Canadians can't buy apps with their gift cards, but only credit cards and I was wondering if I could open an apple account in the U.S.

To download free apps, use the instructions found in the following YouTube Video. I have been able to download a good number of apps.

You need to ensure that iTunes store is set to US in iTunes [bottom of page] . You will need a US address [one of your choosing]
If you want paid apps, you need to purchase a US iTunes gift card [in the US or on a site like eBay]
