I have a MacPro and a MacBook. Both are updated to the latest version of Leopard. Both computers have the same account name and password but, of course--separate--since they are on different computers. I enabled File Sharing under the Sharing preference in System Preferences. On the other computer I can see the shared computer's name in the Finder. But when I try to view the shared files, the finder just hangs without ever opening any folders. I click Connect As, yet no dialog appears for me to enter anything. This same scenario happens on both computers.

Any suggestions?

I figured it out. I had the Firewall set to Allow only essential services. I changed it to Set access for specific services and applications where File Sharing (AFP) is already set and everything now functions fine.
