Can you buy from Apple retail store?

You can buy the box at an Apple Store, but at $99 it's a lot pricer than online.

Have you set up a trial yet?

You might be able to buy it from there and you might get the code right away.

I recommend you take advantage of the 60 day free trial. At any time during the trial you can just go into the setting say SKIP TRIAL which will allow you to purchase or enter a KEY (you can get the KEY from a number of sources. It might be cheaper to get it from Amazon or other retail location).
