I have an iTunes account, and I live in South Africa (where the iTunes Store is not available).

Is this *illegal* or just against Apple's Terms of use?

The reason I asked is because my account was disabled, but it's because I bought a certificate off eBay that was fraudulent (I didn't know this of course). I usually get my certificates, which are purchased in Apple Stores from www.mikesay98.blogspot.com, but they have no more stock.
