Is it just me or is the iTunes store flagging random billing information and not letting anyone purchase?

iPod UK Store error'd?

It won't let me purchase, log on or anything!
I can browse - but apart from that, nowt..nada...zip
It does appear to be a bit ropey today. I logged out of iTunes and it won't let me back in - just hangs at 'Accessing iTunes Store' then returns an error code (-3254 I think)
Tried a free app download on the iPhone and that was fine.. but tried to purchase something and it refused it. Hmmm I think it may be a bit screwed.
I can get stuff from AppStore not can't buy a movie, :| and now my iTunes has flagged 10 app updates :s
