I've decided that the iPhone contract just isn't sufficient for my needs.
I have called Carphone Warehouse, and they said to reject delivery (which I have done now) and then write to head office.
I didn't ask, but should I write to Carphone Warehouse, or should I be writing to O2?
If nobody can answer me, I will call them back, but it is an 0870 number and therefore quite expensive.
