Right Click on XP with MBP

I Installed XP With Boot Camp today, ran the OS X Disc and have the Boot Camp Utility, but i cant see how to enable tap to click, and two finger tap to right click. Its starting to annoy me since i cant right click, ANYTHING!

I assume your doing this on a laptop. put two fingers on the touchpad and click simultaneously

Tap to click is ok for PCs because the mouse pad are small and the clickers are smaller.

On a Mac the mouse pad and the clicker are larger than most PCs (the larger area is better for precision use, even some photoshop work can be done without a mouse if necessary), thus tap to click is by default disabled.

How do i activate tap to click? After using it in OS X, i love it!
