Games that would make use of my new computer

My new mac pro comes tomorrow! It's an 8 core 2.8, with the nvidia 8800 GT.
I'm looking for a game to buy that will really entertain me, but also push the capabilities of my computer. Any suggestions?

I'll be running this on a 30 inch dell monitor, so I want something that looks reaaaal pretty 😀

So pretty much, what games do you think have the best graphics for the mac while also having good gameplay?

Crysis will look stunning but mite bring that punny 8800 to its knees at the res of a 30inch.

No current game will make use of all the CPU power in your Mac Pro, but try Unreal Tournament 3. I love this game.

EDIT: or Call of Duty 4. Both look and play amazingly.
