I already ordered mine in black and dark blue stripe on July 8, and still haven't gotten any updates... Has anyone else ordered from Vaja before? Will it actually take 45 days for it to arrive/ship?

They do take an eternity but it is worth the wait.

When I ordered in January the lead time was said to be 25 days, but it actually took 6 or 7 weeks. My bet is that they are even busier now, with the world-wide release of the iPhone 3G.

Sounds like you have ordered a similar colour combination to the one I have. These photos show it with my original Version 1 iPhone, but I'm delighted to say that it fits my new 3G as well!

how does this case open? what does it look like when it is?

The front cover just unclips from the top of the phone.

its not magnetic clip yah? isit easy to unclip?

It's a curved clip that hooks over the top of the iPhone. It works with ease.
