Is there anything similar to BossTool on Cydia? I only downloaded a few things and it is already warning me about low disc space and I want to free some up. Thanks.

ok this is what I have picked up from other forums on this

when you pwned the device and open cydia (if done last couple days) you will get a message asking to update cydia, when its done and you close it then reopen again it re-organises things to give you space for apps.

You can also specify size of the partition for apps via pwnage tool in advanced mode, I have mine set to 1gig had a worry when cydia updated and said running low on disk space but I have been fine since it updated and reorganised things

I got Bossprefs but it doesn't free up disk space like the other one (by relocating fonts etc). Maybe BigBoss just hasn't added the feature yet?

the reason you are running out of space is because apps from installer are stored on a different portion of the disk which is 300MB...with the firmware installed along with it being jailbroken its much less. so u start off with low disk space already. just download bosstool and click relocate fonts and it should give you about 80MB free. if you run out of this space then click relocate applications.
