Limitations of a unlocked iphone??

I'm thinking of getting an iphone to unlock and use it on my T-Mobile account. One question though, are there any features that wouldn't be available if I do this?
 
Yup Visual Voicemail is about it afaik..everything else (google maps/youtube/stocks etc) all work perfectly 🙂
